A multi-location U.S. restaurant chain was struggling with cluttered checkout counters: a separate POS terminal, an external receipt printer, and a handheld scanner fighting for space behind the register.
They wanted one machine that could replace all three — without adding complexity for their staff.
We proposed the A1563L9, an all-in-one terminal with an integrated 80mm thermal printer and built-in 2D scan module. The front screen handles cashier operations while the rear screen shows the customer their order — and both rotate between landscape and portrait to fit any counter layout. Our team also customized the boot logo and front bezel with their brand before shipping.
Each store now runs checkout from a single device. Counter clutter disappeared, printer maintenance dropped, and staff training time shrank. The chain has since rolled the A1563L9 out across additional locations.
