Can I customize the logo?
 Yes. We offer multiple logo customization options, including switch logos, laser engraving, silk-screen printing, and custom logo labels, depending on the product model.     
               
Can I change CPU?
Yes. We offer flexible CPU options across different POS models, including Intel Celeron, N-series, and Core i3/i5/i7 processors. Our team can recommend the most suitable platform based on your software requirements, performance needs, and target budget.     
                   
Can I use Windows IoT?
Yes. Our POS terminals support Windows 10/11 and Windows IoT, depending on the hardware platform. Windows license options can also be provided upon request.       
                       
Does it support Linux?                          
 Yes. Most of our Intel-based POS terminals support Linux. As compatibility may vary depending on the Linux distribution, drivers, and peripherals, we recommend confirming your software environment with us before ordering.

Does it support OPOS?                 
Yes. OPOS support is available for compatible POS peripherals and hardware configurations. Please share your software and peripheral requirements with us so our technical team can confirm compatibility before production.

How long is the lifecycle?                 
 Most of our POS models are designed for long-term commercial deployment, with selected models available for 5–8 years or longer. We also focus on stable BOM management to minimize unexpected changes in key components, structure, and I/O interfaces.   
                       
MOQ?
Our MOQ depends on the product and customization requirements. We support sample orders and small-batch production, making it easier for customers to test hardware compatibility before moving to mass production.

Warranty?                
We provide a standard 3-year warranty for our POS hardware. During the warranty period, we offer technical support and replacement parts when required. Long-term spare parts support is also available for our partners. 

Leadtime?                 
 Lead time depends on the product, configuration, order quantity, and customization requirements. Standard sample orders can usually be prepared faster, while OEM/ODM and mass-production orders require additional time for customization, testing, and quality inspection. Please contact us for an estimated lead time for your specific project.
