Our K7238 floor-standing terminal fit the brief. Its 23.8" display works in both single-screen and dual-screen configurations, so the retailer could run staffed checkout during peak hours and unattended self-checkout when foot traffic slowed. Wall-mounting options gave store planners extra layout flexibility.
We handled the full OEM process — panel branding, boot logo, and pre-installed hardware configuration — and shipped in batches aligned with their store rollout schedule.
The pilot stores reported smooth operation and faster average transaction times at self-service lanes. The retailer is now evaluating the K7238 for its next round of store openings.
